Our coaches are dedicated to the game to the point where it is our entire life. We eat, breathe, and sleep Lacrosse. When we wake up it is what we look forward to all day, for that reason our private lessons and group rates are the most affordable and cost effective lessons within the San Francisco Bay Area. Where many sports trainers and private coaches charge upwards of $50 per hour we offer the low price of $20. Not only is our fee minimal but you don't even need to schedule us for an entire hour, we will meet for a half hour or we will meet for an intensive all day skills session. It is purely up to you and your son and you will not be billed for anytime that is not included. With an average 3 day lacrosse camp costing upwards of $350 we are truly offering a deal. Your son will learn the most essential skills in the game at a rock bottom rate.

Here are the rates for Group lessons by size:

Personal: $25 per hr.
2-3 Persons: $18 per person per hour
4-6 Persons: $15 per person per hour
